Terms of Service
On booking, Mariah Hill will visit and bring the male of your choice for matings.
Approx. 2 weeks later, and each 2 weeks after (approx.) until dam spits, Elyse, Rob or Raelene will bring a male to perform a spit off.
Once the dam spits off or rejects twice in a row, then a request is made for pregnancy to be confirmed by ultrasound.
If The owner of the Dam, decides not to call for an ultrasound by a veterinarian, then the two consequtive spit offs or rejections, will be considered as a pregnancy. Payment is called for and must be paid in full within 14 days.
There would be no guarantee made if this is a false pregnancy or the dam does not deliver.
But once the female is receptive, she will be remated free of charge, (vet accounts are not the responsibility of Mariah Hill), until she is confirmed pregnant by a qualified Veterinarian.
This service cannot be transferred to any other female with out the consent and special arrangements made by Mariah Hill.
It is the responsibility of the owner of the Dam, to have pregnancy confirmed by Ultrasound.
Mariah Hill cannot be held responsibile if the pregnancy is not maintained for any reason.
It is the owners of Dam responsbility to use Veterinary assistance when required, and if confirmation by a qualified veterinarian, is not obtained to confirm pregnancy, Mariah Hill is not then responsibile, if at the end of the 12 month period, that no cria results.
Mariah Hill will request that confirmation by a qualified veterinarian that the female is vacant before remating.
On confirmation from a qualified vet, that the female has no uterus infection, and is in fact vacant, they will remate the female, (travel expenses may apply on remate, conditions apply), until the female is confirmed pregnant by a veterinaraian, If the females fails to reject after three consequtive matings, an investigative ultrasound is advised and requested, so the female can get the right treatment, to maintain a pregnancy.
If the Owner of the Dam, refuses veterinary attention, mating will cease, and Mariah Hill expenses, to perform any previous matings will be met by the Owner of the Dam.
Re mating will be given free of charge, if the pregnancy fails for any of the following reason:
*
No cria is born after 12 months (pregnancy has been confirmed by Ultrasound By a qualified Veterinarian)
*
No cria is born after a 12 month period from last mating date (not confirmed by ultrasound by a qualified veterinarian), but has been confirmed vacant and in good condition to have a male service, confirmed by a qualified veterinarian.
-
If a dam is not in good body condition, or is in not a fit state for re mating or is deemed not to be able to hold a pregnancy full term, the re mate will only occur, once Mariah Hill is given a clear certificate of health from a qualified veterinarian, to say she is fit for a remating (only if it is deemed that the female is in no condition for any mating or pregnancy).
*
If a still born is delivered, a free remate
*
If a cria does not live longer than 24 hours.
*
All advice, is given but no responsibility, in all cases, if advice is needed, we advise this should be sought by a qualified veterinarian.
